Hospice Care is something that you may have heard of, but do you know what it really is? Join us for this informative workshop about what hospice care really is. These questions and more will be answered:
- What is hospice care?
- Who qualifies for hospice care?
- Who provides hospice care?
- Who pays for hospice care?
