This two-day workshop will continue to explore more shibori techniques such as combining stitching, tying, and direct application of dyes on silk. We will look at the work of Ichiku Kubota and will create an ichiku tsujigahana style scarf. $70 members, $90 non-members, an additional $45 materials fee (cash only) collected at the beginning of class. Sketchbook and colored pencils are recommended for this workshop. RSVP early, 20 students max.
