FREE ALL DAY!

Join us for a day of free family fun and craft projects inspired by the exhibition Giant Robot Biennale 3. November’s theme is Pop Culture!

SCHEDULE:

11AM - 2PM: Make delicious corn on the cob cookies with Kidding Around the Kitchen

11:30AM – 12:30PM - 1:30PM - 2:30PM – 3:30PM: Learn some new dances moves in Creation Station’s Hip Hop dance classes

12PM - 3PM: Grow Your Own Media will help you silkscreen a t-shirt or totebag for you to take home

2PM - 4PM: Make your own comic strip with artist Yumi Sakugawa

2PM - 4PM: Giant Robot Artists’ Entourage Workshop with Rob Sato
Come make some watercolor paintings with artist Rob Sato! Attendees will learn watercolor texture techniques and how to use masking in this workshop. Materials provided.

ALL DAY CRAFTS AND ACTIVITIES:
• Create a colorful pop culture collage
• Make a cardboard robot using a variety of fun materials
• Ruthie’s Origami Corner: Learn how to make an origami dragonfly
