Film & Other Media
In Person

Date: May 26, 2012

If you're in Southern California, KCET is showing Go for Broke as part of their Asian Pacific American Heritage Month presentations.

The 1951 film starring Van Johnson was one of the first depictions of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team and also starred several veterans of the 442, the segregated Japanese American Nisei unit that was the most decorated in US military history for its size and length of service.

They will show it on Sat, May 26 at 9pm and again at 11pm.
