South Dakota's annual anime convention may not be the biggest in the Midwest, but that also makes it more fun, less self-serious, and a great opportunity to visit beautiful Sioux Falls. In addition to the slate of anime voice actors and artists that one usually encounters at anime conventions (here is the guest list), Sogen Con has some more irreverent events, including "Mystery Anime Theater 3000," Anime karaoke, a haiku panel, and more.
