Since the late 70’s, Hiroshima has been blending Japanese instruments like the koto and taiko drum with saxophone and keyboard stylings of American jazz to produce a seamless fusion of musical styles and cultures. Hiroshima has performed for hundreds of thousands around the world, while their extensive catalog of albums have sold over 3 million copies worldwide. Acclaimed jazz bassist Stanley Clarke says “Hiroshima is one of a kind. Since the very beginning, I've always loved the band.” This year, the group celebrates their 30th anniversary with the Grammy-nominated “Legacy” album and tour.
