This jubako is a distinctly Northwest Japanese American version, with matsutake rice (featuring matsutake gathered from the slopes of the Cascades) and delicious smoked salmon, along with many other traditional dishes, including nishime , kimpira gobo , makizushi , sekihan , and more.

The cost is $120 for the entire osechi ryori and jubako (or $100 if you provide your own jubako box), of which $60 is tax-deductible. Your order will be available for pick-up on Wednesday, December 31, 2009, from 1:30—2:30pm, at the Oregon Buddhist Temple (3720 SE 34th Ave, Portland).
