Join NAAAP and the Art Institute of Chicago’s Evening Associates for this collaborative event that celebrates the last few days of the special exhibition, “Beyond Golden Clouds: Japanese Screens.”

Joyce Kubose of the Chanoyu Center of Chicago will perform the Japanese tea ceremony ritual. This visually pleasing presentation offers a glimpse of artistry, tradition, nuances of Japanese manners and Zen.

The event, hosted by the Evening Associates in collaboration with NAAAP, includes hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar. The event also offers an opportunity to share a fresh perspective on art with a diverse group of young Chicagoans. Do not forget to enjoy the last chance to stroll through the exhibition!
