Exhibition of Shodo (Japanese calligraphy) and Haiku (Japanese poetry) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Japanese Garden of Buenos Aires (Av. Casares y Berro, Cdad. de Bs. As.). Entrance: $ 5.- . Exhibition of Okinawan Art (until September 13) at the Recoleta Cultural Center (Junín 1930, Cdad. de Bs. As.) WEDNESDAY 2 . Radio program: "JAPAN TODAY". The following topics are presented: "Customs and traditions of Japan", "presentation of the Nikkei Entrepreneurs Group (REN)" and an interview with the prominent Argentine Nikkei, Lic.
