Flamenco Night Menu
Course # 1

- Papa a la Huancaina
Sliced boiled potatoes topped with a slightly spicy cheese sauce. Garnished with lettuce, black olives, and a slice of hard boiled egg.

- Ceviche de Pescado
Fresh fish marinated and cooked in lime juice. Served with lettuce, yams, corn, and cancha.

- Lomo Saltado or Pollo Saltado
The most popular Peruvian plate. Lean strips of beef or chicken, sautéed with sliced fresh onions, tomatoes and French fries, served with steamed rice

- Alfajor or Lucuma Ice cream (Dessert)

- Course includes one drink

Course # 2

-Jalea Mixta
Special fried seafood and fish. Garnished with lettuce, fries cassava, salsa criolla, and sprinkled with corn. Served with homemade tartar sauce.

- Ceviche de pescado
Fresh fish marinated and cooked in lime juice. Served with lettuce, yams, corn, and Peruvian corn.

- Picante de Mariscos
Seafood in a rich seafood cream sauces flavored with a slightly spicy Peruvian pepper, served with steamed rice and garnished with a slice of hard boiled egg and an olive.

- Alfajor or Lucuma Ice cream (Dessert)

- Course includes one drink
