The Day of Remembrance program marks President Roosevelt's signing of Executive Order 9066 on February 19, 1942 which authorized the unconstitutional forced removal of 120,000 Japanese Americans from the West Coast and Hawai'i during World War II. Professor Roger Daniels will be one of the featured speakers for this year's program.
