The Japanese American Service Committee (JASC), in cooperation with the Chicago Department of Public Health and the Chicago Department on Aging, will offer free flu shots on Tuesday, October 28, 2008, from 10 am to 3 pm, at the JASC (4427 N. Clark Street, Chicago). Pneumonia shots will also be available. Senior citizens should bring their Medicare or Social Security cards.

Appointments are not necessary. For further information, please contact the JASC at 773.275.0097.
