46th Convention of Nikkei and Japanese Abroad Association of Nikkei Abroad (Kaigai Nikkeijin Kyokai). September 13 - 15, 2005 Challenge of the Nikkei Community for the New Era - Its Objectives and Tasks Kensei Kinenkan / IFIC (Kokusoken) The purpose of this Convention is to bring together Japanese descendants living abroad and share their experiences with Japan, so that they can deepen and strengthen the framework of international socio-cultural and friendly exchange relations. We hope that as many foreigners of Japanese descent will participate in this Convention as possible so that it can be held with great success.
