Little Tokyo BID and Little Tokyo Business Association sponsor the 2005 Youth Music Festival featuring L.A.’s top high school and college age musicians at Weller Court (just east of the New Otani Hotel) in Little Tokyo. Performing will be Upground, teen musicians from East L.A. and Opus from Cal State Northridge.
