Dai Fujiwara , former Creative Director of Miyake Design Studio, has been known for his creative ways to develop Issey Miyake's various lines, especially A-Poc (A Piece of Cloth) line. After his departure from Miyake, his new venture includes an architectural project titled Sun House , featured in Japan Society’s current exhibition, Fiber Futures , which uses fabric as part of roofing. In this program, Fujiwara shares his experience at Miyake, and what the future holds for him. Moderated by Cara McCarty , Curatorial Director, Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum.

Followed by a reception.
